INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

Where the incorrect item has been received by a customer resultant of our picking error, we will provide a pro rata refund in lieu of the correct item.

RETURN OF GOODS (DSR)

You may return any item to us within 7 days of receiving your order. The returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. You should contact us immediately by phone or email and provide us with your original order number (which is listed at the top of your order confirmation email). We will then send you a return authorisation number. Once you receive the authorisation number, please promptly repackage your items securely and post them back to us using a Royal Mail service. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorisation number. When we receive your returned items we will reimburse the original purchase price including original postage costs. Candle Belle will not pay any postage or handling costs incurred by the customer in the course of returning items under these circumstances. All cancelled or returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking and transaction fee.

RETURN OF GOODS (DEFECT)

In the unlikely event that you receive an item from Candle Belle (which is due to a shortcoming in manufacture) you should contact us immediately by phone or email. You should provide us with your original order number (which is listed at the top of your order confirmation email). We will then send you a return authorisation number. Once you receive the authorisation number, please promptly repackage your items securely and post them back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send the items via Royal Mail on the lowest available tariff and retain proof of postage. When we receive your returned items we will then inspect them for defects, and if applicable reimburse the original purchase price including original postage costs plus return postage costs.
