Ordering

Shopping online with us is easy and fuss free thanks to our intuitive and responsive web store. Simply browse through our products until something takes your fancy and click the "add to cart" button. From there you can either "continue shopping" or "checkout" using the links provided. Upon "checkout" the financial transaction will be processed by PayPal, the world's largest, and most secure, payments handler. If you don't happen to have a PayPal account, that's no problem. On arrival at the PayPal page, simply select the "checkout as a guest" option, and you will be able to pay with a credit or debit card. Upon completing the transaction you will receive an order confirmation email from us, and a payment receipt email from PayPal.

Processing

Once we have received your order, we will always endeavour to process and dispatch to you as soon as we can. However, we are not an "off the shelf", Amazon Prime type company. We cannot offer express dispatch, as we are a small manufacturer, and our products are all handmade, so dispatching your order takes a little longer. For this reason we advise that the period between us receiving your order, and your order being dispatched, may be up to 5 working days. Please note that we reserve the right to extend the order processing period, but only if unavoidable due to our limited manufacturing capacity. If your order is effected in this way, you will receive a notification email. At all times, we really appreciate your patience, and your decision to purchase from us.

Dispatch

When your order is ready for dispatch, it will be securely packaged to guard against damage whilst in transit. You will also receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery is charged at cost, and varies relative to package weight. Your order will be delivered within the United Kingdom by Royal Mail, who advise that their 48 hour (2nd class) service usually takes 2-5 days, while their 24 hour (1st class) service usually takes 1-3 days. Orders placed by customers located outside the United Kingdom will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard, which typically takes 3-7 days. Delays may occur during busy periods, particularly in the weeks preceding Christmas. For larger orders we will use a Parcelforce tracked service. We reserve the right to make alternative delivery arrangements as we see fit.

Breakage And Loss

In our experience with Royal Mail, breakages and lost packages occur infrequently. However, rarely they do still happen. We ask that you report these breakages to us as a matter of urgency, to allow us to pursue a claim with our carrier.
